Design, deliver and manage Worldpay’s three-day Rethink Global eCommerce Conference for 250 delegates in Barcelona.

Challenge

Deliver an innovative event that frames the Rethink eCommerce Conference as a core element of Worldpay’s annual eCommerce marketing calendar.

Solution

We worked with the client from an early stage to build a clear vision for the event. We created an innovative proposal for fast paced, shorter plenary presentations; combined with sector specific product workshops and an advanced product expo area.

Our responsibilities included venue find and site visits, venue contracting, scheduling of conference rooms; full conference, breakout and exhibition AV support; and the design and installation of conference sets and five product expo structures. We also planned plenary sessions, speaker rehearsals and breakout sessions. We organised a welcome BBQ with live entertainment, plus AV, entertainment, videography, photography, and a custom lighting scheme for a gala dinner.

The product expo facilitated customer engagement with an interactive touch-screen table allowing customers to view and download digital content. This was the first time Worldpay had used such a format for their expo and it was a resounding success.
